Dongnae Halmae Pajeon's Dongdong Sake

Dongnae Halmae Pajeon

Hello, this is Dongnae Halme Pajeon, located next to the Busan Dongnae District Office . Their pajeon is fluffy and has a delicious sticky texture from the glutinous rice. I visited Dongnae Halme Pajeon at lunchtime, avoiding their Monday closing day, and there were surprisingly few customers. I was able to slowly enjoy some Dongdongju, Dongnae Halme Pajeon, and stone pot bibimbap.

The difference between makgeolli and dongdongju that you normally see in Korea is that as the alcohol ferments, rice grains float to the surface, and the alcohol at that stage is called dongdongju. It is characterized by being less cloudy than makgeolli. Dongnae Halmae Pajeon (medium) 33,000 won, hot stone bibimbap 10,000 won, dongdongju 7,000 won
