Busan Subway has four lines: Line 1 , connecting Sinpyeong Station and Nopo Station; Line 2 , connecting Jangsan Station in Haeundae and Yangsan Station ; Line 3 , connecting Daejeo Station and Suyeong Station ; and Line 4, connecting Minam Station and Anpyeong Station . In addition, the Busan-Gimhae Light Rail Transit operates from Sasang Station in Busan to Gimhae City .
How to issue QR tickets for Busan subway
On the main screen of the integrated automatic ticket machine , select the type of ticket ⇒ select your destination or route ⇒ select the number of tickets and whether or not you want a discount ⇒ insert the amount and receive your ticket.
At some stations on the Busan subway, both new flap gates and tripod gates are used, but the tripod gates recognize the QR code facing downwards, while the new flap gates (speed gates) recognize the QR code facing upwards.
The integrated vending machine is a three-function ticket vending machine that also includes a transportation card refill function.

Busan subway transfer card
Cards that can be used to use the Busan subway are postpaid transportation cards attached to credit cards or debit cards, or prepaid transportation cards such as Hanaro Card, MyB Card, iB Card, T-Money Card, and cash cards.
Busan Subway and Bus Transfer Fare Application Criteria
A maximum of two transfers are allowed on the Busan Subway, for a total of three transfers between modes of transportation. The fare applied when transferring will be the highest fare of the mode of transportation used.
