Once the capital of the Silla Dynasty, which first unified the Korean Peninsula in the 7th century and enjoyed glory, Gyeongju still has historical buildings from the Silla Dynasty lining its streets and is often compared to Kyoto and Nara in Japan. There are many historic sites in the city that are listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and Korean school trips and history buff tourists visit Gyeongju every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In fact, if you dig a little in the soil near Daereungwon (Tomb Park), you will find ancient ruins, so it is a place where modern and ancient people are actively meeting. Site<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is a comprehensive historic district that preserves the long history of the Silla Dynasty and refers to five areas registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are Wolseong District, Daereungwon District, and Hwangnyongsaji District located in Gyeongju City, and Namsan District and Sansan District located in Bomun Tourist Complex next to Gyeongbu Expressway.
