Buyeo Naseong, which is said to have been built during the reign of King Seongwang (24th generation, 523-554) of Baekje, is located in the north of Cheongsanseong, about 300m away from Busosanseong, located in the northern part of downtown Buyeo, and Neungsan-ri tombs where the kings and royalty of Baekje are sleeping. It is a 6.3km long Toseong Fortress that protects the eastern part of Buyeo that passes through (Baekje Royal Tombwon) to the estuary of the Baekma River of the Geum Naseong, Buyeo is where the Baekje gilt-bronze incense burner (National Treasure No. 287) was excavated, where you can feel the splendid Baekje culture well known in Japan. It is known as a temple built to pray, and excavations of the old Buyeo Naseong have also confirmed the site of the Naseong Fortress Gate connected to this temple.
